Andreas Henkel studied communication design in Munich. After graduating, he worked as art director for Elephant Seven in Hamburg, and then, in 1999, began working as creative director at Pixelpark. From 2000 - 2006 Andreas Henkel was an assistant professor at the Design Akademie Berlin. He founded the PROJEKTBUERO in 2003 with Bärbel Hiedl and currently heads the Berlin office.
Bärbl Hiedl studied architecture in Munich. After graduating, she worked at Pixelpark, first as a designer and then as art director. In 2001, she founded the company Rotorot. She was an assistant professor at the Design Akademie Berlin from 2001 - 2005. Bärbl Hiedl has been the head of the PROJEKTBUERO in Freising since 1 April 2006.
Before studying design in Berlin, Anne Malou Wittorf was in the far north for a year, working with photography and graphic design at the Krabbesholm Höjskole and the Tekniske Skole in Copenhagen. After completing an internship at Research Studios, she returned to Krabbesholm in 2004 and assisted with a course on graphic design. She has worked at the PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin since 2006.
Daniela Künne studied Anglistik and Germanistik in Leipzig and Berlin. She worked as an editor in one of the first online editorial offices of Deutsche Welle. From 1999 to 2001, she gained experience at Pixelpark and frog design. As an (online) editor and project manager she wrote and planned for De:Bug - Zeitschrift für elektronische Lebensaspekte, Fluter – Jugendmagazin and the Radio- and TV-Station SFB and RBB. Since April 2010 she is project editor at the Berlin office.
Hannes Hanisch, born 1978 in the far north, grew up in Bremen and studied at the College Communication Design for Arts in 2008. As a freelance graphic designer, he launched amongst other things Modezirkus Berlin (fashion circus) www.modezirkus-berlin.de. In the summer of 2009 he moved to Munich and worked since November 2009 at the PROJEKTBUERO Freising.
In 2002 Karin Saether moved from Sweden to Scotland for studies in Graphic design at Edinburgh College of Art. After six years of studies and work over the sea she returned back home to Sweden, but is since June 2010 living and working as a design intern in Projektbuero in Berlin.
In April 2010 Katharina Wendling left the University of Augsburg with a grafic design-diploma. Since May 2010 she has been an intern at the PROJEKTBUERO in their home Freising.
Lydia Kühr studied communication design at FH Trier and, during her studies, worked as an editor and copywriter for the youth radio station Saarländischer Rundfunk. She moved to Berlin for love. She worked freelance as a graphic designer and made a training period at the PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin. Since June 2009 she is firmly in the team.
Nina Goebel studied graphic design at the Hochschule für Künste in Bremen. In 2005, she began an internship at PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin and has remained with us as a designer ever since.
Robinson Meinecke moved from Lake Constance to Berlin in 2001 to study communication design at the Design Akademie Berlin. After an internship with MetaDesign, he completed his degree in the summer of 2006, and began working as a designer for the PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin.
Originally trained as an office administrator, Sabrina Pofahl completed a degree in marketing and communications in 1997, and then worked as a marketing assistant for Sodexho Alliance until 2002. After a maternity leave, she began working again in 2005 as freelance communications expert and, since 2007, has been working at the PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin.
Silke Brandmeier studied art history and archaeology in Erlangen. After receiving her degree, she moved to Berlin to work for the management team of the exhibition office x:hibit. She has been a project manager with the PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin since 2009.
While training with a publishing house in Munich, Tobias Pfitzenmaier worked freelance for the Landsberger Tagblatt, a daily newspaper. In 2001, he moved to Berlin to study journalism at the Freie Universität. During and after his studies, he worked freelance for the interactive services department at ARD’s on-line station. He has worked as copywriter and editor for the PROJEKTBUERO in Berlin since 2008.
Although he is not very useful as a designer, Karl’s been with PROJEKTBUERO Berlin since 2008. While he pursues a degree as a guard-dog, his primary responsibility is in internal office networking.
We work as a team to meet the demands of each project - designer, concept developer, copywriter, photographer and programmer. If necessary, we also collaborate with specialists who share our professional standards and principles.
